Every project follows the same steps, in the same order, with the same rigour, whatever your starting situation.
First contact
You describe your project, we assess your needs. A Rekto contact is assigned from this first exchange and remains your point of reference until handover.
Technical visit
An installer visits your home to measure, identify constraints and confirm the exact scope of work.
Scheduling
Intervention dates are set according to your calendar. From this stage, you have access to your digital tracking portal to monitor progress at every step.
Installation
Our installers work within the agreed timeframe: removal if needed, complete installation, connections, adjustments and finishing touches.
Handover
At the end of the project, we carry out a point-by-point inspection together. Every detail is validated with you before closing the intervention.
